Sriwinarsih Maria became a Bachelor of Interior Design from the National Technology Institute in 2002. From 2002--2006 she worked in an architecture- and interior-consulting studio in Bali, and in 2006--2010 worked in an architectural and interior consulting office in Singapore. From 2010--2012, Sriwinarsih continued her Master's in Theology at the Bandung Theological College and from 2012 - 2013, she continued her Master's in Architecture at the Parahyangan Catholic University. Since 2016 she has been a permanent lecturer at Maranatha Christian University's Undergraduate Program in Interior Design. Sriwinarsih also has some experience in media, as shown by her involvement in filming documentaries of the outer islands in Indonesia, and being a member of the Army's Information Office and the media team for the commander of the National Armed Forces. She holds an interest in traditional Indonesian culture, ethnography, and heritage & social architecture in the fringes of Indonesia.
